Booking Cancellation

Customers may cancel or reschedule their booking at least 4 hours before the scheduled inspection time.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are applicable only if:

• Inspection was not conducted.
• Duplicate payment was made.
• Service could not be delivered due to operational issues.

Non-Refundable Situations

• Inspection already completed.
• Customer unavailable during inspection.
• Incorrect booking information submitted by customer.

Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
