TrustedPDIExpert provides professional vehicle inspection and Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) services.
Booking Cancellation
Customers may cancel or reschedule their booking at least 4 hours before the scheduled inspection time.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are applicable only if:
- Inspection was not conducted.
- Duplicate payment was made.
- Service could not be delivered due to operational issues.
Non-Refundable Situations
- Inspection already completed.
- Customer unavailable during inspection.
- Incorrect booking information submitted by customer.
Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 5โ7 business days to the original payment method.
