These Terms & Conditions govern the use of services provided by TrustedPDIExpert.com ("Company", "We", "Us", or "Our").

By booking or using our inspection services, you agree to all terms, limitations, and conditions mentioned below.

1. Scope and Nature of Inspection

TrustedPDIExpert provides a visual and operational inspection of the vehicle at the time of inspection. This includes examination of the exterior, interior, tyres, electronics, lights, visible body condition, and basic operational components.

The inspection report reflects visible findings only and should not be considered a future performance guarantee or warranty.

2. Surface-Level & Non-Mechanical Nature

The inspection service is strictly visual and non-invasive. TrustedPDIExpert does not dismantle, open, disassemble, or repair any vehicle component during inspection.

3. Visual & Non-Invasive Process

Inspections are conducted without removing vehicle panels or internal parts. Components hidden behind covers or inaccessible areas are not inspected.

Internal engine, gearbox, suspension, electrical, or steering components are not checked unless visibly accessible.

4. No Prediction of Hidden or Future Damage

TrustedPDIExpert shall not be held liable for hidden defects, internal failures, or future issues that may arise after the inspection, including but not limited to:

• Engine overheating
• Electrical failures
• Fuel system problems
• Mechanical breakdowns
• Battery failures
• Internal component damage

5. Legal, Title, or Document Verification

The inspection does not include verification of:

• RC (Registration Certificate)
• Insurance validity
• Loan or hypothecation status
• Traffic challans
• Ownership disputes
• Legal documentation

Clients are advised to independently verify all vehicle documents through official government portals and authorities.

6. Pricing Information Is Not Final Evaluation

Any estimated market value or resale value provided is based on visible condition and general market trends only. It should not be considered a guaranteed valuation.

7. Limited Liability & No Warranty

TrustedPDIExpert provides inspection findings based on visible conditions at the time of inspection only.

We do not provide warranties regarding:

• Vehicle performance
• Durability
• Mechanical condition
• Future resale value
• Future maintenance costs

8. Client Responsibility

Clients must use the inspection report as one of several factors in their purchase or ownership decision.

A separate mechanical evaluation and legal documentation check is strongly recommended.

9. Rescheduling & Cancellations

Cancellation or rescheduling requests must be communicated at least 4 hours before the scheduled inspection time.

Last-minute cancellations or repeated rescheduling may result in additional charges or delays.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall be governed by the laws of India and subject to the jurisdiction of Delhi courts only.

11. Arbitration Clause

By using our services, you agree that disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through arbitration in Delhi in accordance with applicable Indian laws.

12. Customer Presence

Clients are welcome but not required to remain present during the inspection process.

In the absence of the client, the inspection report prepared by the inspector shall be treated as final based on visible vehicle condition at the time of inspection.

13. Inspector Availability & On-Site Conditions

TrustedPDIExpert reserves the right to refuse or cancel an inspection if:

• The vehicle is unavailable
• The vehicle is excessively dirty
• Keys are unavailable
• The vehicle is in an inaccessible workshop
• The inspection area is unsafe
• The vehicle is unsuitable for inspection

14. Image Availability Policy

Vehicle images captured during inspection are retained for a maximum period of 7 days only.

After this period, images may be permanently deleted and may not be available for future disputes or requests.

15. Use of Digital Tools and AI

TrustedPDIExpert may use digital tools, software systems, or AI-assisted technologies to improve inspection efficiency.

However, such tools do not replace human inspection and 100% accuracy cannot be guaranteed.

16. Data Storage & Retention Policy

Inspection-related data including images, reports, notes, and documents may be stored securely for a maximum of 90 days.

After this period, TrustedPDIExpert shall not be responsible for providing inspection data for any legal or follow-up purposes.

17. EV-Specific Limitations

For electric vehicles (EVs), battery packs and high-voltage systems are not opened, dismantled, or internally tested.

Inspections are limited to externally visible and safe-to-check components only.

18. Client Consent

By booking or using our services, the client confirms full understanding and acceptance of all terms, limitations, and conditions stated above.
